We kindly request all reviewers to adhere to the following guidelines set by the Kabul University Department of Academic Journals:

Maintain Objectivity: Reviewers should avoid personal comments or criticism and provide an unbiased assessment of the submitted article.

Confidentiality: Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the review process by not disclosing any information about the reviewed paper without permission from the editorial office.

Constructive Feedback: Reviewers should evaluate the originality, relevance, and scope of the work, and provide constructive suggestions to improve the quality of the article.

Editorial Guidance: Reviewers should consult with the editor before making a final decision to accept or reject an article.

Quality Assurance: Reviewers should ensure that published articles meet the journal's requirements and protect readers from flawed or unvalidated research.

Ethical Conduct: Reviewers must not use or disclose any unpublished work, arguments, or interpretations from the submitted manuscript for their own work without the author's consent.

Expertise: Reviewers should agree to review a manuscript only if they have expertise in the subject area.

Conflict of Interest: Reviewers should openly declare any potential conflicts of interest and seek guidance from the Editor regarding any uncertainties.

Impartiality: Reviewers should decline to review a manuscript if they are involved in the submitted work in any manner.

Prior Review: Reviewers should notify the Editor if they have previously reviewed the manuscript for another journal and seek guidance on whether to proceed or not.

Plagiarism Detection: Reviewers should immediately notify the Editor if they find any evidence of plagiarism or infringement in the manuscript.

Author Contact: Reviewers should not attempt to contact the authors directly before the article is published without the Editor's permission.
