About the Journal
The Journal of Natural Science Review (JNSR) (e-ISSN 3006-7804) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal owned and published by Kabul University, Kabul, Afghanistan. The journal is managed by its Editor-in-Chief and editorial team, who are responsible for editorial decisions. JNSR publishes articles in the natural science domains, including biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, agriculture, and mathematics. All submissions and publications are in English to ensure broad international accessibility and readership.
To ensure the integrity and impartiality of its content, JNSR employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Submissions undergo an initial editorial screening before being sent for external review, and authors are required to anonymize their manuscripts prior to submission; identifying details can be reinstated upon acceptance.
The journal is published quarterly, with issues released in March, June, September, and December.
