About the Journal

The Journal of Natural Science Review (JNSR) (e-ISSN 3006-7804) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published quarterly by Kabul University. JNSR provides a platform for the dissemination of high-quality original research and comprehensive review articles in the natural sciences, including biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, agriculture, and mathematics. The journal aims to advance scientific knowledge by fostering scholarly exchange and promoting significant developments in these fields. All submissions and publications are in English to ensure broad international accessibility and readership.

JNSR is indexed in several recognized academic databases, reflecting its commitment to global visibility and the highest academic standards. The journal continually strives to expand its indexing to enhance the discoverability and impact of published research.

To ensure the integrity and impartiality of its content, JNSR employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Submissions undergo an initial editorial screening before being sent for external review, and authors are required to anonymize their manuscripts prior to submission; identifying details can be reinstated upon acceptance.

The journal is published quarterly, with issues released in March, June, September, and December, supporting the timely communication of new research findings to the scientific community.

As a fully Open Access publication, all articles are freely available online immediately upon publication. Authors retain the Copyright to their work with first publication rights to JNSR.
